I started fundraising for Shout 85258 after the first few lockdowns due to Covid-19. The reason I wanted to help a mental heath charity was because I was finding it hard myself, leaving primary school and starting seconary school without a proper transition, and not being able to see my family either. I chose Shout because you communicate through text, which I think makes it easier for younger ages to seek help if they want or need it, while also having trained volounteers to support adults too.
