Fundraising in memory of Keith Nottle

My Story

Keith Nottle was born in February 1973 into a loving family, and remembered as someone who brought joy and quick-witted humour to the lives he touched.

He had a fascination for TV programming leading to a career in TV related businesses and media companies. He also had a passion for politics and political history on both sides of the Atlantic, and subsequently gained a PhD in American Politics at Nottingham University.

He had a reputation for being sharp, insightful and well informed, with a kindly and thoughtful approach to debate. He went on to teach Humanities in Nottingham schools with a mantra to ‘make a difference’.

It grieved him, however, to see pupils disinterested in learning. He was genuinely passionate about social injustice and found it stressful because he cared about the disadvantaged.

Sadly, he did not enjoy good health but is remembered for his intelligence, for being quiet and reserved, sensitive and caring, and showing great empathy for others.

The ‘Ride for Keith’ is in his memory

and for others like him who are suffering in silence

The Reason for Giving

As a stated, we are riding in Keith’s Memory to help raise awareness, for one of the least subscribed charity sectors in the UK … Men’s Mental Health Support.
