Raising Money for Mental Health

We are supporting SHOUT 85258, the UK’s only free 24/7 text support service for anyone who is struggling to cope. Your support is truly appreciated 💚

All funds we raise will go towards the provision of discreet and confidential help for anyone who needs immediate support with their mental health.

Every £10 can help someone in distress to access an hour of mental health support and £250 can train a volunteer to take life-saving conversations with people needing immediate support.

The SHOUT 85258 service helps children, young people, and adults who text with issues including suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, relationships, abuse, bullying and self-harm.

SHOUT 85258 is powered by Mental Health Innovations, a digital mental health charity improving the mental health of the UK population.

All funds raised go directly to the charity organisation Mental Health Innovations (Charity No. 1175670) contributing towards their provision of free, confidential, anonymous support via the service, SHOUT 85258.
